  • OUR ARTISTS BOOK ALL OF THEIR APPOINTMENTS INDEPENDENTLY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHICH ARTIST YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO WITH, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR PORTFOLIOS AND GO FROM THERE.

  • YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. EACH ARTIST HAS THEIR OWN DEPOSIT POLICY AND WILL GIVE YOU THAT INFORMATION UPON BOOKING. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ARTIST AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

  • NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT, AND IT IS UP TO THE ARTIST WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL RE-BOOK WITH YOU. WE ARE ALL VERY UNDERSTANDING OF LIFE’S CIRCUMSTANCES, SO PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US!

  • WE DO TAKE WALK INS IF WE HAVE THE AVAILABILITY AND IF YOUR IDEA IS SOMETHING THAT WE CAN DO ON THE FLY. GOOD CANDIDATES FOR WALK INS ARE LETTERING, OR VERY SIMPLE AND SMALL DESIGNS THAT DON’T REQUIRE MUCH DRAWING TIME. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MORE INVOLVED TATTOO, YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO STOP IN FOR A CONSULT TO SEE IF WE CAN HELP YOU!

  • WE KNOW THAT GOOGLE SAYS WE DO PIERCINGS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT. FOR GENERAL LIABILITY REASONS, WE DO NOT TATTOO MINORS.

  • SURE! BUT OUR SHOP IS SMALL, SO WE ONLY HAVE ROOM FOR ONE GUEST PER CLIENT. IF YOU BRING MORE PEOPLE, THEY MAY BE ASKED TO WAIT IN OUR LOBBY OR OUTSIDE IN YOUR CAR.

  • EACH ARTIST REVEALS DESIGNS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENTS AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION. GENERALLY, WE WILL NOT SEND YOU A DRAWING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE TRY TO MAKE SURE THERE IS TIME DURING THE APPOINTMENT TO MAKE SMALL CHANGES, BUT PART OF THIS PROCESS IS TRUSTING YOUR ARTIST COMPLETELY TO DRAW YOU A UNIQUE AND CUSTOM TATTOO. IF YOU DON’T LOVE YOUR DESIGN, PLEASE TELL US AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU! MAJOR CHANGES MAY REQUIRE A NEW APPOINTMENT.
